How long does a lash appointment take?
Allow roughly 1.5–2.5 hours for a full set depending on the style — classic sets are quicker, Russian and mega volume take the longest. Refills are shorter. It's a lie-back-and-relax appointment; plenty of clients doze off.
How often do I need a refill?
Most clients book a refill every 2–4 weeks as their natural lashes shed. Pricing follows the gap since your last visit — a 2-week refill costs less than a 4-week one — so regular bookings are the best value.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes — no mascara or oily products around the eyes. Skip the coffee right beforehand if you can (it makes eyes flutter), and plan to keep the lashes dry for the first 24 hours afterwards.
Which set should I choose?
If you love a natural, mascara-like look, start with classic. Hybrid and wet-look give texture and a glossy finish, light volume adds soft fluff, and Russian volume is full glamour. Not sure? Tara will help you choose at your appointment — every set is mapped to your eyes.
